Dear Indian Farmers:

indiaUNI am writing to you because your government is trying to fool you.   It was announced that India is suing Monsanto for 'biopiracy'.  They want you to believe that their legal action will stop Monsanto, but it is a trick by your government and the United Nations.  The Environment Support Group (ESG) who initiated the action has close ties to the United Nations- be careful of who you trust.

This case is about Bt Brinjal, a genetically engineered form of eggplant.  Because of your massive outrage over its introduction into the market last year, the Minister of Environment was forced to temporarily ban it from commercial cultivation until the safety issues are resolved.  Bt Brinjal is dangerous.  It was shown to cause liver damage, immune suppression and reproductive disorders when studied in rats.

sand-sculptureAgenda 21 is the action plan to implement the UN Sustainable Development for total control and depopulation.  The Wildlands Project is the blueprint to scrape humans off of 50% of America's landscape through "rewilding".  Beneficial dams are being destroyed in the name of rewilding or restoration, using phony environmentalism to achieve these UN goals:

  • Human geography: herding humans into areas of water availability, as it   is essential for life
  • Depopulation: when water is cut off from farmers, this affects the food   supply
  • Water rights: massive water rights re-allocation hangs in the balance (the Colorado River may be up for grabs)
  • Hydro power dam destruction: collapse of energy infrastructure to return to a primitive existence
  • Private property: land use & value are drastically changed when property is turned into a swamp or desert
  • Federal control: centralized control over resources follows UN policy
  • Smart Grid: overwhelming and centralized control that is inefficient and open to sabotage

States' Rights vs. the Supreme Court

Tom Woods explains that States can nullify (invalidate) unconstitutional federal laws, even if they are endorsed by the Supreme Court.  In 2005, one State made a law that the federal government opposed and it went all the way to the Supreme Court.  The Supreme Court predictably ruled that the state law was subordinate to "superior" federal law.  But this State simply ignored the Supreme Court edict because there was so much public support in favor of the State law.  Public opinion and support make it easier to resist federal tyranny.

liberty911rev_deesThe US National Energy Policy of 2005 was created under Dick Cheney's Energy Task Force in secret meetings; evidence shows that the energy industry influences foreign policy and may have led us into the Iraq War.  Cheney's National Energy Policy is also responsible for electricity deregulation scams, corporate welfare for energy producers and many other problems that we are still suffering from today.  Deregulated electricity problems in Texas and other states are a direct result of Cheney's National Energy Policy.

SmartMeterFraud

Smart meters are radio frequency microwave meters that communicate with the Smart Grid.  The Smart Grid is a transmission system that delivers electricity to from power plants to distribution substations and then from the substations it is delivered to homes and businesses.

The federal Department of Energy (DOE) stated purpose of the Smart Grid is to reduce carbon emissions.  Note to DOE: man-made global warming is a lie- go ask NASA, CERN and 30,000 independent scientists.

Cow-Eating-HayThe USDA, FDA and EPA favor corporations over human health and the environment, especially when it comes to genetically engineered (GE) organisms.

Contemporary law is no longer based on the Constitution and common law, but has been replaced by case law precedents.  The GE alfalfa case (Forage Genetics and Monsanto v Geertson Seed Farms) is disturbing because it appears that a dangerous precedent has been set.

Horse_03The Supreme Court ruled on June 20, 2011 that the power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions (primarily carbon) rests with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), saying that the EPA is better equipped to deal with the science of greenhouse gases (aka global warming, climate change and CO2).  The Clean Air Act has been expanded and the EPA is in a power grab for jurisdiction over vehicle emissions and is now planning control over utilities.
