YOU can help to hold the USDA and Dow Chemical accountable simply by posting your comments on the official public record of Dow Chemical's petition with the USDA to approve their 2,4-D herbickde resistant GMO crops (remember that 2,4-D herbicide is half of the recipe for Agent Orange).

Dow Chemical and Monsanto have teamed up to usher in the next generation of harmful GMO crops and herbicide under the product name 'Enlist'. Find out more in the short video below:

The White House, US Courts & the EPA Shaft Veterans to Protect Monsanto & Dow

American veterans and the entire country of Viet Nam affected by Agent Orange have been shafted beyond imagination due to corruption within the US government and US courts. US courts have protected Monsanto and Dow Chemical from liability and criminal prosecution. The US government has shielded Monsanto and Dow from the massive cost of medical treatment for victims and environmental remediation cleanup costs that would drive these corporations into bankruptcy.Phil Hart: Declaring a State of Emergency
By Cassandra Anderson

Idaho State Representative Phil Hart became concerned about the federal government's illegal introduction of Canadian gray wolves in Idaho because they pose a public danger. The federal government and Idaho agreed to allow a population of 100 wolves into the state, but the Canadian wolf population far exceeds that number now, and is estimated to be 1000 to 2000 wolves that can weigh as much as 140 to 180 pounds. The federal government mismanaged the wolf program under the Endangered Species Act.
The wolves are now a very serious threat to humans and livestock because they carry disease and tapeworms. Tapeworms from wolf feces can be fatal to humans; it is especially alarming that tapeworms can remain dormant for 20 years.
Phil Hart, working with Dane vonBriechenruardt, director of the US Bill of Rights Foundation and a team of legislators including Judy Boyle, devised a creative plan to protect the people of Idaho: legislation was written to declare a State of Emergency to place the power with the State, removing it from federal agencies. Declaring a State of Emergency can be used as a model for other issues that threaten life and property, and to preserve the 10th Amendment and States' Rights.
Just before the State of Emergency bill was to be signed into law, Congress de-listed the Canadian gray wolves, which transferred control from the federal government to the state. It appears that the feds may have wanted to avoid a confrontation over the 10th Amendment.
Federal court jurisdiction is limited to federal statutes, so the feds would have had no authority if a State of Emergency was declared under State police power.
UN Ambush: India vs. Monsanto
By Cassandra Anderson
October 5, 2011
I am writing to you because your government is trying to fool you. It was announced that India is suing Monsanto for 'biopiracy'. They want you to believe that their legal action will stop Monsanto, but it is a trick by your government and the United Nations. The Environment Support Group (ESG) who initiated the action has close ties to the United Nations- be careful of who you trust.Dam Liars, Crooks and Killers

Agenda 21 is the action plan to implement the UN Sustainable Development for total control and depopulation. The Wildlands Project is the blueprint to scrape humans off of 50% of America's landscape through "rewilding". Beneficial dams are being destroyed in the name of rewilding or restoration, using phony environmentalism to achieve these UN goals:
- Human geography: herding humans into areas of water availability, as it is essential for life
- Depopulation: when water is cut off from farmers, this affects the food supply
- Water rights: massive water rights re-allocation hangs in the balance (the Colorado River may be up for grabs)
- Hydro power dam destruction: collapse of energy infrastructure to return to a primitive existence
- Private property: land use & value are drastically changed when property is turned into a swamp or desert
- Federal control: centralized control over resources follows UN policy
- Smart Grid: overwhelming and centralized control that is inefficient and open to sabotage
States' Rights vs. the Supreme Court
Tom Woods explains that States can nullify (invalidate) unconstitutional federal laws, even if they are endorsed by the Supreme Court. In 2005, one State made a law that the federal government opposed and it went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court predictably ruled that the state law was subordinate to "superior" federal law. But this State simply ignored the Supreme Court edict because there was so much public support in favor of the State law. Public opinion and support make it easier to resist federal tyranny.
